It is the oldest problem scrapbookers face. We need more surfaces for photos, journaling and embellishing! During this class you will learn how to build 5 unique paper surfaces that I personally designed, and I personally USE. These additional paper surfaces, covered with page protectors, will give you more space on your layouts for photos, journaling and embellishments.

You will make 5 samples surfaces during class, which will serve as patterns for you to work from at a later date. These surfaces will be built on 12x12 layouts and are designed for TOP LOADING ALBUMS. If you do not use top loading albums you will have to amend the surfaces for your style of album. You will leave class with your 5 sample surfaces complete, and have written instructions to take home and use later.

This class is appropriate for any person who knows how to scrapbook and use a 12" paper cutter. I am providing 20 sheets of cardstock, a package of 6x12 page protectors, 5.5"x8.5" page protectors, instruction in class and detailed instructions should you need them later at home.

Each person should bring their own tools/supplies to class:

1. 12" paper trimmer

2. 12" self healing cutting mat

3.  Ruler (metal with cork back)

4. Standard hole punch or 3/16" hole punch. This is the "fat" end of you crop a dile tool if you own that.

5. 1" circle punch

6. Glue pen for adhering small items

7. Scissors

8. 6-12x12 page protectors that fit your album

9. 1/4" score tape (msut be tearable tape)

10. Score board of some kind.

11. Pencil.

These are the surfaces you will make in class.  Then you will have complete directions, and samples of all the surfaces to take home and use.
