February Card Kit

Our February Card Kit is in stock and shipping!
We've made four cards for you with the new Graphic 45 Children's Hour paper collection.  The kit contains 2-5"x5" cards and 2-A-2 cards!
I've included self-adhesive pearls, sequins, twine, ribbon and pre-die cut pieces for you.  This is a simple kit to put together!

You can purchase the kit online here!

We have several fun dies from Penny Black like the one on the card!  Find them here
You will find your die cut pieces have adhesive on the back.  I've placed Elizabeth Crafts tape on the back of your cardstock before cutting.  This makes your die cut a giant sticker! The tape comes in several sizes.  I like the 2.5" for products like this!

Art Impressions Stacker Card

We have new fun products from Art Impressions!  The new stacker stamps and dies are fun, and super easy to use!
The stacker stamps come in several different designs.  I love the turtle because it offers a great birthday option!  The slider die that matches this stamp set is sold separately.

To get started stamp the main design on a piece of cardstock cut to 1 15/16"x5".  (nearly two inches wide).  Accent your card as desired.  I colored my stamped image with Chameleon Markers.
I stamped my image with Memento stamping ink, and used Chameleon markers BR5, BR2, and YG3.  I used a toning time of 10 seconds allowing the mixture chamber to wash down the colors about 10 seconds before coloring.

Start with a white A2 card.

Cut the green cardstock for the A2 card base that measures 5 1/4"x4".  Adhere to A2 card front.

Cut the pattern paper for the card front 5"x3.75".  Adhere to green cardstock.

Cut 1.5" banners from cardstock, and stamp the saying onto one of them.  Adhere to the lower left corner as shown.

Die cut the slider piece with a cardstock of  your choice.  Fold along the score lines.

Cut a piece of white fun foam slightly smaller than the slider die cut piece when folded up.  (2"x5") I am putting this slider on fun foam because it makes the slider easier to pull out.  Pop dots would work as well, but after some pulling and time the pop dots are not going to hold up.  I am using fun foam, and foam adhesive for a strong durable permanent bond.

Adhere the stamped image to the center of the fun foam.  Adhere with foam adhesive.

Adhere the slider to the card front, adhering with foam glue.  Set aside to dry. (I set books on mine and let it sit several hours)  I am using small amounts of foam glue on these projects.  The foam glue adheres everything well, and doesn't dry out or fall apart.

Cut a piece of pattern paper for the cover up in the slider that measures 1 11/16"x5".  Punch a hole in one end with a 1" hole punch.  Slip the slide cover up into the slider die for a fun effect.

It is a fun card!
