Welcome Home

Here's a new Creek Bank Creations kit, "Welcome Home". Our Welcome home kit is made from 2 large pieces of heavy weight chipboard. You can decorate as we've described below...or put your own creative twist on it!

Our Kit contains:
* 12 x 12 chipboard bracket
* 12 x 12 Welcome Home chipboard
* "WELCOME" die cut paper letters
* Detailed instruction sheet

I used paper by My Mind's Eye from the Penny Lane Collection on our sample (not included):
* Feeling Groovy - Blue Sky Forget me Not Paper (green side for the tree)
* Free Bird - Passion Robin's Egg Paper (blue side for the background at the bottom)
* Tiny Dancer - Chasse - Notebook Doodles Paper (blue & white lined side for top background)
* Free Bird - Leaves of Love Paper (green side for hedge)
* Free Bird - My Friend Bonded Paper (red side for roof)
* Cat's Eye Pigment Ink - Sky Gray (house), Lipstick Red (door, bird & scroll), Chesnut (tree, chimney, & brackets)
Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive
EK Succes 3D Dots (foam adhesive)
Small Brad (used as doorknob)

Here's a close up view of the side of the sign. The layered chipboard on the house gives it a great finished look. I also adhered the hedge row over the the bottom house & tree so it has a 3D effect. 'WELCOME' chipboard letters shown here covered with the MME Notebook Doodles Paper. The die cut letters have already been cut for you out of this paper & are included in the kit. This paper is pretty universal and can match just about any other paper of your choosing. All you have to do is glue them to the chipboard letters, ink and adhere to the sign.

This would make a great wedding gift or house warming present. You could add the couple's last name to the door for a special personalized gift.
